Our story began in Ulm, Germany, when an Italian family brought their love for wood‑fired pizza to the neighborhood.
Now in our 3rd generation, we continue the craft with time‑honored techniques — long‑fermented dough, the best quality ingredients, and the warmth of a family‑run kitchen.

Our Dough
We use only original Italian high-quality ingredients. Our dough is handmade and based on a long tradition.
Our dough begins with premium Italian flour and extra-virgin olive oil, gently mixed with natural yeast and mineral water. It rests and ferments slowly to develop deep flavor and lightness. Each base is hand-kneaded and hand-stretched by our family, honoring time-tested Italian methods for a crust that’s airy inside and crisp outside.
Tiramisu
Our signature tiramisu is the result of years of refinement — we’ve perfected the balance of espresso, mascarpone, and cocoa for a silky, light finish. We make fresh tiramisu several times a week.
We start with Savoiardi ladyfingers dipped in rich espresso, layer them with a smooth mascarpone cream, and finish with a generous dusting of fine cocoa. Our method focuses on clean flavors and the perfect, cloud‑light texture — a classic dessert done with care.
